The Government is slowly releasing information about the Phase Two Families First Coronavirus Response Act Bill. This bill targets Small businesses of 500 employees or less. This bill was passed and signed into law earlier this week. In the coming week, we should have some clear guidance on the additional PTO requirements,  FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), government reimbursements for PTO and how small businesses are to adjust their current employee agreements to comply with the new regulations.
